Salaried GP

We are looking to replace one our GPs who will be leaving us shortly to undertake some work overseas, and are looking for a 4-6 session GP starting in June 2024.

We are a training practice with a strong focus on education and development, and look after medical undergraduates from Oxford University, Foundation Stage doctors and Specialist Trainee GPs. We invest in our team and want to create opportunities for career progression through routes such as portfolio working and giving autonomy to take the lead and use initiative.

We encourage portfolio working amongst our staff, and a number of them hold roles in healthcare outside of the practice, which is supported by all who work in the practice. If this is something that you would like to do, let us know when applying for the position, which you can do by emailing our Practice Manager, Ivan, on bartlemas.admin@nhs.net, marked for his attention.

Health Care Assistant

Our well-loved HCAs are moving on from us, one retiring and one relocating back to her childhood home. We are looking to replace them with 5 days of cover, which could be a full time position or consist of 2 part-time roles.

In line with our philosophy of continuous learning, we encourage ongoing training, and support our HCAs to build their skill portfolios in different areas, around Health and Wellbeing and wound management particularly.

If you would like to join us, please email Ruby, our lead nurse, on our practice email address, bartlemas.admin@nhs.net, marked for her attention.

Workflow Administrator

Much of GP work relates to incoming documentation from diverse sources, including Secondary Care, Community Care, Social Care, Police, Insurance companies and of course from patients directly.

Making sense of this flow is vitally important, and identifying what is important, both clinically and on time-sensitive basis, is the essence of this role. The correct flow from this point is what drives this part of patient care, and we are looking for someone with a great idea for detail to work with the Administrative teams to own this process.

If this is you, please email our Data Quality lead, Ali, on our practice email bartlemas.admin@nhs.net, marked for attention, with a cover letter detailing why you would fit in with this role.
