Ivan More O'Ferrall

Ivan is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.

Ivan supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care. Part of this role is looking at using other, more appropriate persons to manage patient conditions.

Ivan is also involved in the East Oxford Primary Care Network, the collaborative working arrangements of the 3 practices around the East Oxford Health Centre and down to Temple Street near The Plain roundabout.

Ivan has an extensive background in General Management in myriad industries, gained after qualifying with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
