AccuRx and Online Services
You do not need online services to submit an AccuRx form. Online services allows you to see your medical records via the NHS App.
What is Accurx?
Accurx enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.

You may recieve messages about this, but please be assured that this is a normal part of the process. If you recieve a message that your account has been closed and you have not recieved any further information within one week, please call reception to chase this up.
For additional help navigating the NHS App, a digital cafe is held at the Oxford Westgate Library on the first Monday of each month between 2pm-4pm.
